Gabriel Caruana is born on the 7th of April at Balzan, Malta. His father, Anthony Caruana is a Sergeant with the Malta Police Force. His mother, Beatrice (nee Ebejer) Caruana is the daughter of Pio Ebejer, a renowned master mason and Carmela nee Michelizzi.
