Art Links, a project by the Gabriel Caruana Foundation, includes three talks focusing on art research, cultural heritage legislation and intellectual property rights. The Gabriel Caruana Foundation has invited Ms Nikki Petroni, Dr Stanley Joe Portelli and Dr Jeanine Rizzo to share their knowledge. The three talks were held at The Mill – Art, Culture and Crafts Centre, Birkirkara and Spazju Kreattiv, Valletta. The project also includes the development of the Gabriel Caruana Foundation’s website.
